Users Angered iPhone Alarm Glitch Still Not Fixed

iPhone users are still upset on Monday over an iPhone alarm glitch that the company said should fix itself by the first day of work in the new year.

The alarm application encountered problems beginning on January 1 that prevented it from going off and causing many of its users to oversleep and miss important engagements.

Amid an avalanche of online complaints via message boards and Twitter, the company released a statement that it was aware of the issue that the alarm should be working properly by January 3.

However, many who relied on the glitch being fixed on Monday woke up late to discover the alarm still not working properly. Again, message boards and Twitter are alive with activity related to the bug.

This is not the first time iPhone and iPod users have been bitten by a bug with their alarms. When Daylight Savings Time occurred in November, the pricey devices encountered a similar problem.
