Wimbledon 2014: Day 10 TV Schedule, Streaming ,Order of Play & Recap

Day 10 of Wimbledon will feature the exciting women’s semi-finals and a full schedule of doubles matches.

All of the day’s matches will be broadcast live on ESPN from 8 A.M. (EST) to 1 P.M. (EST).

You can also watch for free through online streaming from WATCHESPN and Wimbledon.com.

The order of play for the women’s semi-finals are as follows starting at 1 P.M. (EST):

Petra Kvitova vs Lucie Safarova – Centre Court.

Simona Halep vs Eugenie Bouchard – Centre Court.

The match-up between Halep and Bouchard is expected to be the marquee match of the day.

Both are rising stars in this sport: Halep is just 22 years old and Bouchard is only 20.

Bouchard is coming off an impressive quarter-final win against Angelique Kerber, who was considered the favorite and has played exceptional tennis.

Halep is also playing some incredible tennis: she has dropped only one set through the first 5 rounds.

Both women played Wednesday, making the playing field even in terms of fatigue. It should be close but right now the experts are picking Halep in 3 sets.

It was another day for stunning upsets as the defending champ and fan favorite Andy Murray lost his quarterfinal match.  Meanwhile, No.4 seed Rodger Federer and No.1 seed Novak Djokovic both won their quarterfinal matches.
