The second half of The Walking Dead, Season 3, premieres on Feb 10, 2013.
AMC will be airing two The Walking Dead marathons prior to the premiere episode at 9pm ET.
The first marathon is this weekend. It begins with the first episode of the series, Days Gone Bye, on Feb 3 at 3:30pm and will include the entire first season (6 episodes).
The first season is then repeated starting at 10pm on Feb 3.
The second marathon is the following weekend and leads up to the premiere of the second half of season 3.
On February 9, at 10am, the marathon picks back up with the second season (13 episodes) beginning with What Lies Ahead. The second season is repeated starting 11:30pm that evening.
The second season wraps up at 1pm on February 10. Season 3 begins immediately afterwards, with Seed, and runs from 1pm to 9pm.
At 9pm, the 9th episode of season 3, The Suicide King, premieres.
Here at NFS we have had a lot of readers looking for when the first half of season 3 will appear on Netflix. We have been following announcements out of Netflix closely and at this time, there is no indication they will release the half season any time soon.
If previous patterns hold, The Walking Dead Season 3 won’t hit Netflix until about two weeks before season 4 premieres.
We also don’t have any indication that AMC will be releasing any webisodes before the second half of season 3 premieres – but we’d certainly love to see some!
