Scion Release Model Updates Just In Time For Summer

New 2015 models of the Scion FR-S and tC will be joined by a limited edition xB.

The 2015 FR-S sees the most changes and will feature enhanced tuning and an improved appearance.

Already known for its playful dynamics, the new FR-S receives a more rigid front suspension and re-tuned rear shock absorbers. This results in less body roll and more driver feedback.

A shark-fin antenna replaces the pole antenna to smooth out aerodynamics and the exhaust tips are now larger and flush with the rear bumper.

Inside, drivers are treated to an updated interior panel with a carbon fiber look, automatic headlights and a new key design.

2015 tC cars with an automatic transmission will get steering wheel-mounted paddle-shifters to give it a sportier driving experience.

Just 50 lucky Canadians will have the opportunity to bring home the limited edition xB Release Series 10.0.

Describing this special model, Director of Scion Canada, Cyril Dimitris said, “for the xB Release Series 10.0, we’ve boosted the technology and amped up the fun with features like wireless charging and a backup camera – plus unique styling to maximize curb appeal and inspire drivers.”

New Electric Quartz paint, a pearl white with subtle green highlights, sets this xB apart. If that’s not enough, the Scion logo is projected from the rear bumper onto the ground, as is “xB RS 10.0” on the driver’s side carpet and the sequential number of the vehicle on the passenger side.

Do Scion’s new models excite you? Will you be looking into one to improve your summer?
