Many drug stores and pharmacies will be open on Thanksgiving Day 2015 for shoppers to fill prescriptions and pick up holiday decorations, hostess gifts, or last-minute baking needs.
Walgreens will be open per usual on Thanksgiving Day 2015 and 24-hour locations will still remain open around the clock. Non-24 hour Walgreens locations will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Pharmacies at Walgreens will be open on Thanksgiving Day 2015: 24-hour locations will be operating under normal hours and non-24 hour location Walgreens pharmacies will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
Walgreens pharmacies will operate under normal business hours on Black Friday 2015 and non-24 hour Walgreens will be open from 7 a.m. until midnight.
CVS stores and pharmacies will be open on Thanksgiving Day 2015. 24-hour locations will still be open around the clock and non-24 hour locations will operate under their regular hours.
Rite Aid stores will be open in select locations beginning at 8 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day 2015 and 7 a.m. on Black Friday.
Rite Aid pharmacies in select locations will also be open on Thanksgiving Day with many closing at 3 p.m.
Walmart’s pharmacies will be closed on Thanksgiving Day 2015 and pharmacies will be operating under normal hours on Wednesday, November 25 as well as Black Friday, November 27, according to Scott Markley, Walmart’s Senior Manager, National Media Relations.
Target’s pharmacies are also closed on Thanksgiving Day 2015. Pharmacies will be open during usual hours on Wednesday, November 25 and Black Friday, November 27. Hours will vary by location, according to a Target press rep.
