Chromecast Price Drops On Amazon, On Sale With Nexus 7 At Google

Chromecast Price Drops On Amazon, On Sale With Nexus 7 At GoogleAmazon is having a sale right now on the Google Chromecast.

Regularly listed at $35 at Amazon, Google’s Play Store, and through other retailers, the Chromecast is now available on Amazon for $29.99.

Though the price does not meet Amazon’s regular $35 free shipping minimum, the Chromecast is advertised as including free shipping.

As of today, according to Amazon, free shipping will get the Chromecast delivered by Christmas eve.

Amazon does not say when the sale will end, only that it is available for a limited time.

Google is also featuring a holiday sale that includes the Chromecast.

With the purchase of a Nexus 7 and a Chromecast together, shoppers will receive a $35 Google Play credit. The deal includes both the 16 GB and the 32 GB version of the Nexus 7.

The Chromecast is an HDMI streaming device that allows users to stream video and music to their TV through their tablet, laptop, or smart phone. The device supports Netflix, YouTube, HBO Go, Hulu Plus, Pandora and Google play movies and music.

It can also be used to display an image of the desktop of a computer on the TV screen through use of the Google Chrome browser.

The Chromecast was launched in July of this year and quickly sold out. For months we watched it go in and out of stock, but more recently inventories appear to a stabilized.
