Big Brother 15 Contestant Investigated for Child Porn Comments!

Big Brother 15 contestant, Spencer Clawson, is being investigated by his hometown police department for a comment he made on the live feeds about enjoying child pornography.

Spencer is one of the contestants that was seen earlier in the season praising Hitler and Nazi doctors, saying gay slurs, using derogatory sexual terms for women and was most recently caught on tape making jokes about enjoying child pornography.

On July 6th, Union Pacific his employer, issued a statement distancing themselves from Spencer’s hateful remarks last month.

Due to the recent child pornography jokes, Union Pacific issued the following statement on August 7th:

“Due to the volume of feedback Union Pacific has received from the public about Spencer Clawson’s August 5 comments on the CBS reality show Big Brother 15, the company wants to reiterate that it has taken all the action it can under the Collective Bargaining Agreement until Mr. Clawson is released from the show. Mr. Clawson took an unpaid leave of absence to participate on Big Brother 15. Union Pacific has notified law enforcement of Mr. Clawson’s August 5 comments.”

The railroad company cannot officially fire him until he is released from the show. Spencer and some of  his fellow cast mates are in for a rude awakening once they leave the show.

Due to the sensitive nature of this subject, CBS has decided not to air the comments on the TV show…. but fans watching the live feeds captured the comments which you can see in the video below.

He may have been joking about it, but this is not something that you should ever joke about. In addition to the above unfortunate comments, Spencer who is a railroad conductor has also admitted to “rolling up blunts and smoking” while on the job.

Despite the outcry to remove these contestants from the show, CBS continues to distance themselves from the remarks by issuing the following disclaimer at the start of each show or live feed subscription below:

“Big Brother is a reality show about a group of people who have no privacy 24/7. At times, the Houseguests may reveal prejudices and other beliefs that CBS does not condone. Views or opinions expressed by a House guest are those of the individuals speaking and do not represent the views or opinions of CBS. Viewer discretion is advised.”

This is the first time in all 15 seasons of Big Brother that a disclaimer has been issued before the start of each episode.

Although it may have been said as a joke, do you think child pornography is something anyone should be making fun of?
