Apple Releases El Capitan Public Beta 3

Apple Releases El Capitan Public Beta 3

A couple of days ago, Apple released the third iteration of its newest build of OS X 10.11 to those registered in their Public Beta Program.

While there are not many visual differences in the newest build, Apple seems to be focusing more heavily on the under the hood performance of its new OS.

It is exciting to get sneak peeks at the newest update to Apple’s operating system, but those looking to try it out should proceed with caution. After all, a beta is a beta, and there are bound to be a few kinks to be worked out before it will be ready for its official release.

The newest public beta can be downloaded in the Mac App Store after signing up for the beta program on Apple’s website.

OS X 10.11, El Capitan, is scheduled for release this fall, presumably alongside the Cupertino giant’s newest iteration of the iPhone.
